Generated Music License
Free plan outputs are provided for personal evaluation only. You may listen, test, and evaluate generated tracks, but you may not publish, distribute, monetize, resell, sublicense, or use free-plan outputs in client, business, advertising, or other commercial projects.
Paid plans and paid credit packs include a commercial use license for tracks generated while your paid plan or paid credits are active. This license allows you to use those tracks in your own videos, podcasts, games, social posts, client deliverables, ads, and other commercial projects, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
You are responsible for the prompts, lyrics, names, references, and other inputs you provide. Do not use the service to imitate protected songs, copy real artists, or infringe third-party rights.
Commercial use rights are not the same as copyright ownership or copyright registration. PlayItOut does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are copyrightable in every jurisdiction, free from platform review, or immune from third-party claims.
